Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, Puresensual cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective items. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that come into contact with the body or body fluids are non-returnable and non-resalable. This includes:

-Vibrators, dildos, and related toys
-Douche or enema kits
-Anal toys, beads, and plugs
-Cock rings and sleeves
-Gags and ropes
-Lingerie and intimate wear
-Lubricants, oils, condoms, and body paints

Please note: Once these items are shipped, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

Please be mindful when placing an order, as we process and ship orders quickly. Once an order is submitted, it is often processed the same day. If you wish to cancel after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for any courier charges, both to you and back to our warehouse.

If you receive a package with an item missing, please reach out to us immediately. You can contact us through our Live Chat feature on the Puresensual website or via email at online@puresensual.co.za. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

If you return an item, we can offer a replacement with the same product, subject to availability. If stock is low, we’ll provide a similar alternative of equal value. Alternatively, we can issue a voucher for the value of the returned item. In rare cases, and at our discretion, we may provide a full refund to the card used for the original payment. Please note that refunds may take 3 to 6 working days to reflect, depending on the cardholder’s bank.
