REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS

There is nothing worse than the feeling of disappointment when that new vibrator or masturbator you have been waiting for finally arrives – so you get out a new pack of batteries and then … nothing – and you have tried the batteries from the wall clock , the TV remote and even little Johnny’s remote control car ! Even though we strive to provide products of the highest quality, we do accept that electronic devices do have a failure rate, no matter how small. To ensure our clients are satisfied with their purchases please observe the returns policy below –

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund please notify us in writing within 5 calendar days of receipt of your purchase. Please do attach pictures wherever possible of physical damage on receipt of the product. The product must be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it.

We will arrange for a courier service to collect the item from original delivery address, unless advised otherwise. Note if the device is found to be in working order then the collection fee as well as the re-delivery fee to return the product to you will be for your account, and the goods will only be released after payment has been received.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it, and arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you, or alternatively process your refund.

Refunds will be paid as per the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES
You hinted in so many ways that what you really wanted was that awesome new Ultra Powerful Wand !!! But as always he knows best ! so now you have a dildo with a size and weight that would be more appropriate as a doorstop !
No problem – send us an email and we will do our best to exchange the item, provided we still have that special item in stock. Note the original item will have to be returned unopened in original packaging before we dispatch the replacement and you will be due for the collection as well as the re-delivery fee, as well as any price variations.
